What is energy healing?
If you’re new to energy healing, you might be wondering what it is? Energy healing such as Reiki and Crystal Healing use various holistic healing techniques that enhance the natural mind-body connection to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. During energy healing treatment, a practitioner will transfer positive healing energy to the client to remove blocks and reactivate the body’s energy systems. This helps to restore balance and enables the body’s natural healing ability. I offer the following types of energy healing:
Reiki
Reiki is based on the idea that “life force energy” flows through us and comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). It’s an energy healing method founded by Dr Mikai Usui that works holistically to balance physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Sometimes our chakras (energy centres) become blocked by negative energy which may lead to physical problems. If our “life force energy” is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki releases negative energy and clears any blocks which allows free flowing positive energy to circulate. Reiki works effectively alongside conventional healthcare and is now used in private practice, complementary therapy centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, hospices, cancer support groups, post-operative recovery and caring for the elderly. Reiki treats the whole person bringing feelings of peace, calm and relaxation. It’s natural, safe and brings great benefits!
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, energy-based form of healing where the crystal’s energy interacts with the person’s energy system to bring it back into balance. Crystals have the ability to hold and emit energy vibrations and have their own natural healing properties. They interact with our electro-magnetic energy fields which surround our physical body and affect our own energies on a physical, spiritual, and emotional level.
When our energy becomes stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, it can cause illness. Crystals help unblock, balance and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way. Crystal Healing is a natural way of stabilising and balancing the bodies energy systems which helps stimulate natural healing mechanisms. I will assess where your energy maybe out of balance and choose appropriate crystals with their unique vibrating energies to help rebalance the energy flow within your chakras (energy centres).
I am a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I offer in-person or distant healing and all levels of Reiki training. I am also trained in Crystal Healing which I either use alone or combined with Reiki.

Energy Healing Treatments
Energy healing is performed with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table and I work on your chakras by hovering my hands over these points with no actual touch. My initial energy scan will discover any weaknesses or blockages in your energy field and chakra system. Energy flows through my hands to particular areas of your body using specific hand positions, starting at the head and moving further down the body to the feet.
You will receive a chakra cleanse and balance during your healing. Balanced chakras lead to improvements in both physical and emotional symptoms. Most clients feel relaxed, peaceful and some even fall asleep during the session. You may feel slight tingling, energy, heat, cold or nothing at all. It is different for everyone but deep relaxation and a sense of calm is usually felt during and after treatments.
Energy healing is an excellent ‘pick-me-up’ to recharge your batteries!
Reiki
60 minutes £50
Your session starts with a short consultation to discuss your medical history, current health and lifestyle. We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking Reiki treatments and expectations so I can tailor the session to your needs. I’ll explain what you can expect and how the treatment will proceed. Includes time at the end to discuss your experience and my feedback, a bespoke treatment plan with recommended follow-ups and aftercare advice.
Sessions are available in person or through distant healing. Healing is a process not a quick fix and regular sessions promote a consistent flow of energy throughout the body. To allow Reiki energy to work on the root cause of the problem, it is recommended that you have at least 3 treatments.
Crystal Healing
60 minutes £50
A short consultation will be taken, asking for a brief medical history, and your needs and requirements will be discussed. You will then lie fully clothed on a massage couch and I will scan for energy imbalances. Crystals are typically placed on the body or around the aura to cleanse, balance and align the chakras. They absorb, direct, shift and diffuse energy to remove blockages within your energy field.
The crystals used and their positioning are chosen to support your symptoms and help promote a balanced energy system and a sense of wellbeing. They help rebalance our bodies into their natural rhythm and aid dis-ease in our energy systems. Whilst the crystals work their magic, I use Reiki on your chakras to enhance the treatment.
Energy healing is not a replacement for medical or mental health care and practitioners cannot give medical diagnosis or advice. It works alongside conventional medicine and any conditions currently being treated by a medical practitioner should continue.
