I’ve experienced first-hand how you can restore your health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. My approach is holistic, focusing on finding the root cause of issues rather than just treating your symptoms. It takes it toll both physically and mentally and you just want to find a way to get back to how you used to feel.  Naturopathic nutritional therapy is not a quick fix and changes don’t happen overnight. However, I‘ll be there to support you every step of the way to help you overcome any obstacles that stop you from feeling like yourself again! I offer 3 levels of support depending on your heath concerns and goals. Health issues don’t appear over-night and it often takes years for symptoms to develop. As a general rule, the longer you have been suffering, the longer it takes to recover.

MOST POPULAR for hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, diagnosed conditions or long-term health issues which need support for longer periods of time.

What’s included:

    • 1 x 75-90 minute naturopathic and nutritional consultation
    • Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan 
    • 3 x 60 minute consultations to keep you on track
    • Review of current medications & nutrients interactions
    • Personalised supplement recommendations with discounts, if required
    • Advice and analysis of functional laboratory tests
    • Review of recent blood tests and other lab tests
    • Referral letter to your GP or consultant if necessary
    • “Quick query” email support throughout the package

Prices reflect non face-to-face time spent analysing your food, diary, questionnaire and information gained during your consultation, researching your case and preparing your Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan. 

Follow-up consultations can be added to the above for £80 for 45 minutes. You will need a follow-up consultation to review any laboratory test results or blood tests unless on a 3 month package. Any private testing or supplements are at an additional cost.
