Naturopathic nutritional therapy is not a quick fix and changes don’t happen overnight. I offer 3 levels of support depending on your heath concerns and goals. Health issues don’t appear over-night and it often takes years for symptoms to develop. As a general rule, the longer you have been suffering, the longer it takes to recover.

Health MOT
60 minutes £95
PERFECT if you want to review your current diet to support recent health issues or mild symptoms or you’re not yet ready to commit to a longer package.

RECOMMENDED if you need short term support to get back on track to reach your health goals or are preparing for a special event, holiday or wedding.

- 1 x 15 minute check in call to keep you on track
- 1 x 45 minute follow-up consultation at Week 6

- Recipes and handouts

Hormone Harmony
3 months £395
MOST POPULAR for hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, diagnosed conditions or long-term health issues which need support for longer periods of time.
What’s included:

- 3 x 45 minute consultations to keep you on track

- Review of recent blood tests and other lab tests
- Referral letter to your GP or consultant if necessary
- “Quick query” email support throughout the package

Prices reflect non face-to-face time spent analysing your food, diary, questionnaire and information gained during your consultation, researching your case and preparing your Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan.
Follow-up consultations can be added to the above for £80 for 45 minutes. You will need a follow-up consultation to review any laboratory test results or blood tests unless on a 3 month package. Any private testing or supplements are at an additional cost.
